My priorities for our city
Stronger community
I will preserve the character and diversity of our community by requiring integrated affordability, protecting small businesses, and stopping politically motivated plans for economically segregated housing.
More accountability
I will return to a balanced budget, strengthen our ethics code, and reallocate spending from wasteful developer amenities to support parks and pedestrian safety initiatives in your neighborhood. I will fight back against projects that we cannot afford and avoid new taxes for non-essential infrastructure.
Less traffic
I will protect our Park & Ride, demand expanded transit, and prioritize transportation to stay ahead of new growth. I will ensure that capacity from our future SR-202 expansion isn’t consumed by new demand from high-rise towers.
